High in saturated fats; linked to obesity and heart risks. Often hidden under names like Vegetable Edible Oil, Vegetable Fat, Palm Kernel, or as E-numbers such as E470, E471, E472a, E477, E481.
Flavour Enhancers
Enhances taste but can cause headaches, hyperactivity, and addiction, modifies your kid's tastebuds from a young age. May appear as Glutamate (E620), E621–E625.
Artificial Colors
Linked to hyperactivity and behavioral issues in kids. Common E-numbers: E102 (Tartrazine), E104, E110, E122, E124, E129; may also appear as CI numbers.
AdditIves & INS Numbers
Add Preservatives
Harms gut health and weaken immunity. Common ones: Benzoates (E210–213), Sorbates (E200–203), Nitrates/Nitrites (E249–252), Propionates (E280–283), BHA (E320), BHT (E321), Sulfites (E220–228).
Disguised as INS numbers; disrupt gut health and hormonal balance. Includes Mono-/Diglycerides (E471), Lecithins (E322), DATEM (E472e), Polysorbates (E432–436), Sucrose Esters (E473), Polyglycerol Esters (E475), Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate (E481).
